OUR STORY
Hazelnut Hill, a 400-acre hazelnut farm and business located in the fertile Willamette Valley north of Eugene, Oregon. In 2016, the Hendersons added a commercial confectionery to expand their offerings. The new roasting equipment took Hazelnut Hill from just trees to making tree-to-table products. This approach provides Hazelnut Hill customers with high-quality, delicious nut based products with a full chain of control that assures source, sustainability and consistency.
In 2022, the Hendersons acquired Sweet Signatures, a Virginia-based confectionery and custom treats business. This expansion broadened their offerings beyond hazelnut toffees and chocolate-covered hazelnuts to include custom-printed cookies, decorated Oreos, personalized gift boxes, and more.

RYAN & RACHEL HENDERSON
Ryan grew up on his family's Thistledown Farm near Eugene, Oregon, developing his agricultural expertise, while Rachel's lifelong passion for candy making sparked the idea of turning their hazelnut harvest into handcrafted treats.
Together, the Hendersons oversee every aspect of their business, from tending the orchard to crafting delicious hazelnut-based confections. Their hands-on approach ensures quality, sustainability, and a direct connection between their farm and customers. Through dedication and expertise, they’ve built a thriving enterprise that delivers exceptional products to their community and beyond.
