Welcome to Hazelnut Hill! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.hazelnuthill.com) and any related services, products, or content provided by Hazelnut Hill ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

​ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Hazelnut Hill is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

ORDER LEAD TIME

Orders without customer items generally ship within 2-3 business days.  If you are ordering custom items, please allow 3-5 business days. Large orders may require additional lead time.

 

CUSTOM ITEMS

Due to the nature of the customization and personalization, these sales are considered final. Please ensure all information provided at the time of order is accurate.

PRICING & PAYMENT

-Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be completed at checkout or at time of purchase if by phone.  We accept all major credit cards. Any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be added to your total at checkout.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Hazelnut Hill reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier. Once the product has been shipped, Hazelnut Hill is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address they provide is correct.  Should the shipping carrier return the package due to an oversight on the customer’s part, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay any charges related to reshipping the product. We recommend shipping to street addresses for optimal delivery as P.O. boxes may limit service availability. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers or errors in the information provided by the customer.

At this time, we only ship to APO/FPO addresses and select US territories. We do not offer international shipping. Additionally, certain chocolate products may be unavailable during periods of extreme heat to ensure product quality. We will provide updates on our website when this occurs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our food products are generally not eligible for a return or refund unless they are damaged or defective.  Should you receive a product that is not as expected, please contact info@hazelnuthill.com within four (4) days of receipt.   

ALLERGENS

Our products are manufactured in a facility that processes hazelnuts and may also process other tree nuts. While some of our products are gluten-free, all of our products are processed in the same kitchen, which may result in cross-contamination. Our chocolate products contain dairy. If you have severe allergies or sensitivities, please review the product labels or contact us before purchase.

WHOLESALE

Wholesale pricing is available to qualifying retailers. To inquire about a wholesale account, please contact us through our website. Wholesale orders may be subject to different terms, including minimum order quantities and separate return policies.

GIFT ORDERS

For gift orders, a packing slip is included without pricing information. When shipping to hospitals, hotels, or colleges, Hazelnut Hill guarantees delivery to the receiving department but is not responsible for any delays in internal delivery within the facility. It is the responsibility of the recipient or the facility's staff to ensure final delivery.
